A pool is one of the biggest things most people ever build in their backyard, and one of the easiest to get burned on. The horror stories almost always start the same way: a low headline price, an allowance for the rock or the access, and a quote that quietly grows once the machines are on site and you are committed. By then there is a hole in the yard and very little you can do about it.
Aqualine was started by Nathan Reilly after twenty years building pools on the Coast, the first decade of it cleaning up the provisional-sum messes other builders left behind. He was tired of watching good people get caught by numbers that were never the real number, so he built a company around the opposite habit: test the ground, measure the access, set the fencing line, and price the whole job before anyone signs. Aqualine has worked that way since 2008.
The price that starts the build is the price that finishes it. If we have not surveyed it, we have not quoted it.
We build new concrete pools, plunge and lap pools, renovations and equipment upgrades, and compliant commercial pools, right across Sunshine Coast. There is no travel surcharge within 40km of Buderim, which covers the coast from Caloundra to Noosa and back into the hinterland.

Soil, rock, fall, access and the fencing line are tested and measured before a number goes on paper. The conditions that blow other quotes out are found and priced here, not discovered once the dig is open.
No provisional sums, ever
One fixed contract price with nothing hidden under an allowance. The number that starts your build is the number that finishes it.
Our own crew, every stage
The same team plans, digs, builds and certifies your pool. No mystery subcontractor who turns up between stages and leaves the next one guessing.
Compliance is ours, not yours
The certified barrier and the safety certificate are line items in the price. You are not handed a surprise fencing bill weeks after the water goes in.

The QBCC licence is what lets Aqualine Pools legally build your pool and what carries the statutory home warranty cover behind it, so it is the first thing to check on any pool builder. This is a reference build; on a live site these are the real, verifiable credentials and licence number.
